At Defada, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with fast delivery. We strive to ship within 48 hours.
Important Information
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If the email does not include a tracking number, your order has been dispatched by a professional courier, who will contact you with a delivery date and time slot.
1. Order Processing
For international orders, we will process your order within 1-3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Please note: (weekends and holidays are excluded).
During peak order periods (such as sales and holidays), processing time may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (selectable at checkout for some areas)

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local governments.
Defada is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or through the link provided via email.
6. Package Delay, Loss, or Damage
Package Delay: If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Package Lost: Defada is not responsible for packages lost after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly.
Package Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
Defada is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or cartons in certain areas.
Some remote areas may require longer delivery times or have limited shipping options.
During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, we may not be able to ship within 48 hours. However, we will always strive to ship as quickly as possible and will update our website accordingly.
