Want to return or exchange an item?
To create a return or exchange, simply submit a ticket. Please have your order number and email address ready—you can find your order number in your order confirmation or in your account.

Changed your mind?
If you'd like to return an item, no problem! We offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please follow these quick and easy steps:
1. Submit your request by submitting a ticket within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. The item must be in resalable condition and unused or unassembled. Please package the item in its original packaging. This will ensure that your returned item arrives at our warehouse in the same resalable condition, which helps us achieve our sustainability goals!
3. Place the returns form in the box and write your order number on the outside of the box.
4. Ship the item to the return address provided after submitting your request. We will arrange for you and our partner courier to collect the item. If you insist, we strongly recommend requesting a receipt/proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. We will confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be debited from the card or payment method used for the original purchase.

Is there a fee to return unwanted items?
We subsidize shipping costs. If you no longer need your order, we will refund the original shipping costs, but a collection fee will apply.
Pickup fee per box:
Small items: £14.95
Dining chairs, office chairs, stools, lamps and accessories
Large items: £39.95
Sofas, decorative and armchairs, large mirrors, tables, storage furniture, beds
Items must be in resalable condition, unused or assembled, and in their original packaging. If an item is returned in an unsalable condition and not due to circumstances beyond your control, a handling fee of 15% of the item price will be charged.
If you received free delivery but no longer need the item, you will be responsible for the return costs, but we can arrange courier delivery for you.

Tips for returning unwanted furniture:
Please keep the return slip.
Please keep the original packaging until you have made your final decision! This will save you the extra cost of purchasing additional boxes and packaging materials for return shipping. To ensure you receive a refund, the item must be fully packaged.
If you are unsure whether you need the furniture, please reconsider assembly. We require you to return your product in the same condition you received it, saving you time disassembling it! If the product is no longer in its original condition, a 10% restocking fee will apply...
A bump in the back of a truck is unavoidable. Please package your item as exactly as you received it to ensure it remains intact during transport. This also means you can resell it to another lucky design enthusiast in pristine condition.
We will then provide you with a designated courier time slot Monday through Friday. Upon collection, please request a receipt so you can track your order efficiently.
Defective or Damaged Items
We strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition, but if your item is defective or damaged, you can easily return it to us.
We offer two options. We can exchange your item, guaranteeing the same speed as when you received your first order. Alternatively, we can offer a full refund...
First, please submit a ticket following the same process as for "Unwanted Product," but select the correct return reason: "Damaged Product."
When filling out the form, please describe the fault/damage as thoroughly as possible. Sometimes, we may ask you to provide photos of any faulty or damaged items to determine the nature of the problem and properly record it in our system. This means we can process your return faster.
Please keep the original packaging! This will save you the added expense of purchasing additional boxes and packaging materials for your return.
The back of a truck can be bumpy. Regardless of the initial fault, please try to pack the item as it was when you received it to ensure it doesn't get further damaged during transit.
Please arrange a time to arrive and collect your item. Also, please note that couriers often have different schedules at different times of the day. Request a receipt after collection so you can track your order effectively.
